· 4 person maximum

· 4-night minimum stay

· 14-night minimum stay during  Christmas/New Year’s Holidays

· Deposit of 2 nights is required within 7 days of confirmation to secure reservation

· $200 REFUNDABLE damage/cleaning/security deposit required

· Damage/Cleaning/Security deposit refunded to guests after departure if no damage, not excessively dirty or missing any items

· Full prepayment is due 60-days prior to arrival and 90-days prior to arrival for Christmas/New Year’s

· Special rates are available for 21-day stays or longer

· No charge for check-out cleaning for stays of  7 nights or longer

· Add cleaning fee of $160.00 for stays of 4-6 nights

· All bookings subject to $45 administrative reservation fee

· Check in time is 2:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

· A 1/2 day charge may be required to guarantee an early check-in or late check-out, if available

· This is a Non-Smoking Condo

Cancellation Policy

For MORE than 60 days (90 days for Christmas/New Year’s)  notice: An administrative fee equal to 1 nights rent

For LESS than 60 day  (90 days for Christmas/New Year’s) notice: Entire rental fee.  If we are able to re-rent the condo we will prorate a refund (less admin fee).
